“The room was dark and very outdated. It smelled very musty and damp. There were no overhead lights other than above the bed. Dark and depressing. Not in anyway worth $900. The building itself is beautiful but a very dreary experience. Overpriced”

“Stayed at Antique Boutique room. The bed was amazing super comfortable, fresh clean carpet, cute small bathroom, clean and cozy space. It has a mini fridge. Quality Coffee was put out in the morning in our historic building’s small, quaint lobby. There’s a great wrap around porch to hang out on. Our unit was super close to the stairs for the beach, so convenient. The Front Desk service was friendly & great. We stayed labor day weekend and it wasn’t busy at all-beach all to ourselves! “What most impressed me about this particular Fairfield was how accommodating the staff was. Every single desk person was helpful and seemed to really (and genuinely) want to please. Two small problems with our room were addressed immediately and efficiently so we wouldnt have to move to another room. The Happy Hour, M-Th, 5-6:30, offering complimentary beer and house wine, was an unexpected, welcome, and appreciated perk. Breakfast offerings were substantial. A very nice three-day stay.”
